Advisory Committee Meeting and Spring General Membership Meeting:
With COVID-19, the meeting for the 2020 TMA Advisory Board and the 2020 TMA
Spring General meeting scheduled for April 26th is being postponed and tentatively rescheduled for Sunday, May 31st. More info will be sent out once that date is confirmed or postponed further.
With that being said, we can still move forward with some topics.

At the Spring General Membership meeting you will be voting for the 2020-2021 TMA
Board of Directors. The Board of Directors ballot is attached. Nominations must be emailed back
by May 9th at 11:59pm to tristate@tristatemarchingarts.org

All proposals for the Advisory Board/Spring meeting must be submitted by May 9th at
11:59pm. If you have a proposal you wish to submit please fill out the
form attached and email it to tristate@tristatemarchingarts.org before the deadline.

Interested in Hosting a Show?
We understanding this is a challenging time to get any information from your school or
to select dates for activities. If you are interested in hosting, please let us know and, if possible, submit which
weekend(s) you are interested in hosting a 2021 show by May 16th at 11:59pm via email to
tristate@tristatemarchingarts.
Once we are past the COVID-19 situation, we will have all 2021 regular show sponsors,
current or new, provide information listed on the site specification document attached.
Those interested in hosting weekend 1 Championships provide information listed on the
Championship site document attached.
**The 2021 schedule will not be finalized at the spring meeting. The TMA 2021 schedule
will be determined after the WGI Regional schedule is released. The Board of Directors
will make the final decision on the show schedule either before or at the fall board
meeting.**
