Any group withdrawing from a regional after the entry deadline or fails to appear will be assessed a penalty of $200.00 that must be paid prior to World Championships. All entry fees are NON_REFUNDABLE. If you sign up for and event and cannot attend, you are still responsible for paying the fee and any associated penalties.
Groups withdrawing from any contest must do so by using this form prior to the penalty deadline
date to avoid penalty. Groups must be prepared to show proof that they submitted this form to avoid penalty. No verbal changes to entries will be accepted.
Keep in mind, if you sign up for a regional event and cannot attend, then you have the option of transferring to a different regional event for a fee. Certain restrictions apply, please see the transfer policy on the
Event Entry Transfer Fee.
